Lost, limited food, where to get the all important proteins your body desperately need.

Protein and meat is sort of synonymous.  When we talk about proteins, the first thing that comes to mind is meat.

In a fully functioning society, we certainly do not have a problem obtaining meat / proteins.
And every dietitian or medical professional will stress the importance of a balanced diet that contains proteins.
