Homesteader ideas: Raising rabbits

 

True Preppers think of everything – also about their meat supply.

Being less and less dependent of shops is a good thing.  (That is obviously from a Prepper’s point of view).

For us to be less dependent on shops, we need to find ways to provide for ourselves.
Vegetables are usually easy.  Most people understand enough about gardening to take care of that.

Providing our own meat is another area we may consider.  One obvious choice is of course chickens, but rabbits are a great option too.

Rabbits bread very fast a can be kept in a fairly small space.
