As unfortunate as it is, today’s kids have little contact with nature. They don’t learn anything about how to survive on their own. The only way to teach them is to actually put them in situations requiring responsibility.

It may sound daunting at first, but you, as their parents, can help them to gradually build responsible attitude towards animals and nature alike. They also grow more mature and build a deep connection with nature, the earth and its inhabitants.
